VO2Max

I did some VO2 work today over in Columbia. The weather was so nice but the wind was rough towards the end. My Ipod battery died early in the ride. It was the first time I have not ridden with it in a while, owell. Tomorrow I will take it easy and pace Ben Rosario thourgh his 8k run in Forest park. Thanks for reading, good night.
