Still here

Busy with coaching and worked for Jay this week tearing out a bathroom and a kitchen.
I might even race this weekend we will see.

So cool

New Job..New Coach

Monday I quit my job at Farmhaus. The job was just taking away more than it gave back. Having a two month old a man has got to work and that is what I am doing. I am a assistane coach for the SLUH Cross Country team. How cool is this I am getting paid to work out and to motivate a great group of young guys.

Yesterdays workout for the B and C squad was 6 by 800 at 5 seconds faster than race pace. I jumped in with a few groups and did four. It was good times. I think I really made the right decision is helping out the team.

Been a long time but I think it is time to get this going again. I have been working at Farmhaus(more on that later) and running and riding. It is fun. We will see where this goes.
