My goal for 2007 is to be on the front. I want to make it hard for the other guys. I want to make the race. If I do that in 2007 I will have acomplished my number one goal It won't even matter if I don't win a race all year. I have never won but I have broken legs. If it feels as good to put the hurt on guys as it does to win then I will never want to stop. I have not ever been this focused on any thing. 2007 should be fun. There are some goals through out the season but those are benchmarks for the future. If I shoot my bullets and miss the target I still will have not lost because I gave it a go.

stay sober. I have not been drinking in for almost three months. Life is good, real good.
more patience
better sleep schedule no more late nights(like tonight)
Have fun because if its not fun why do it.
